Need a QB off the wire - Bye Week replacement

Flacco is my QB, hes on a bye this week. Have Sanchez on the bench from early on in the season. A guy in my league just cut Cassell. I won't know until Sunday morning if I will be able to pick him up for Week 8. I like him vs the Bills - Buffalo only allows 204.8 ypg, good for 8th best in the league; however they have given up 14 tds thru the air. Im not sure I can trust Sanchez this week vs a pretty stout, albeit short rested, Packers D. Plus as we know the Jets are all about run first.

League is a 12 team standard scoring league, aside from 6 pts per passing td insstead of 4.

Other viable free agent options:

Kitna (the 2nd best option, IMO, behind Cassell if I cant get him - Jags pass D is atrocious)
Vince Young
McNabb or Rex Grossman (another awful pass D in the Lions)
Matt Stafford
Jason Campbell (not even considering him tbh)
Josh Freeman
Sam Bradford
Hasselbeck
Matt Moore
Max Hall

Jags are definitely awful against the pass, but his lack of experience with the first team receivers doesnt excite me.

Believe Lions are off a bye, so he should be back in the saddle I suppose.

Put in a Stafford claim behind Cassel if someone else picks up Cassel before me (im something like 9th in waiver order). Really liking Cassel, he's red hot right now, although the Bills are the worst Rush D in the league which could hurt his stats.

Jake would you start Stafford over both Cassel and Sanchez?
